Writer + audio + Community Arts

Hi there!
I’m a writer and artist working in nipaluna (Hobart), Australia.

My practice spans poetry, picture books, podcasts, audio installations and community arts.

I’m most interested in collaborative work that elevates new voices, encourages experimentation and challenges the established rules of storytelling.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with artists and communities in all kinds of places - prisons, schools, libraries, archives, museums, Aboriginal communities, government departments and festivals - and I’m always reminded how stories connect us.

latest WORK

Created with Melbourne-based artist, Erica Wagner, Hope is the Thing, explores the many things that birds teach us. Through poetry and collage, discover the diverse worlds of birds and the transformative power of art making.
